A lovely, velvety ragu which goes with pretty much everything. Add lemon zest, parsley and capers with pasta, top a jacket potato or make some warming polenta. It works brilliantly as a pizza topping too! 180g is a portion for one.

Ingredients. Rosé Veal from Weston’s farm near Taunton, onions, carrots, celery, garlic, olive oil, red wine, beef stock, Mutti passata, salt, pepper, bay leaves, nutmeg.
