Made by Liz Carrad with Isle of Wight aubergines, organic olive oil and fresh garlic this smokey dip is originally from Lebanon. It’s delicious with grilled lamb, flatbreads, and couscous, as part of a range of tapas or with cold meats from yesterday’s BBQ.
Ingredients; Aubergines, tahini (sesame seeds), garlic, organic olive oil, lemon juice, pomegranate seeds, fresh mint, flat-leaf parsley, salt and black pepper.
