Venison Burger x 2

Two succulent Venison burgers made here by Louis, our butcher. Fry them slowly in fat or olive oil and allow them to rest for a few minutes after cooking. Deglaze the pan with a little rose hip jam and red wine for a delicious jus.

Ingredients; Venison mince, pork fat, black pepper, onions, rosemary, thyme, sea salt.
