Veal Chops - 400g

Rosé veal from Neil Weston’s family farm near Taunton. The calves are 6-8 months old Jersey males. The meat is slightly darker than traditional veal given the longer life, exercise and diet. We suggest pan frying the chops to give it them some colour then pop them in the oven for 20 minutes to cook them through. Serve with gremolata, polenta and greens. One chop will feed one as a large meal or for two to share.
