Excellent for a slow braise with onions, garlic, rosemary and a splash of red wine. Serve it with mash or Polenta.
Rosé veal from Neil Weston’s family farm near Taunton. The calves are 6-8 months old Jersey males. The meat is slightly darker than traditional veal given the longer life, exercise and diet.
