Free-Range Duck Breast From Woolley Park Farm, 340g
Dry plucked and free-range with loads of amazing meat on each breast. One is probably enough for two to share. Reared in small flocks in Bradford-on-Avon. Sear the breast then pop in a low oven to finish. Allow the breast to rest before cutting. Serve pink.
