Dry-aged, on the bone to remove moisture to give great results in the kitchen. Pan fry and finish it in the oven. The T-bone is made up of the sirloin and fillet giving two steaks for two different desires or one for one person. The minimum size we can cut is around 700g due to the bone spacing between ribs. These steaks are from a pasture fed Dexter steer so won’t be huge but will be very tasty.
