Aged Rump Steak, 280g x 2.



Dry-aged longer than most other steaks to remove moisture before cooking. Bring the steak up to room temperature before seasoning and cooking. Allow the steak to rest after cooking to retain moisture and tenderness. Rump is a great, medium value cut which is great on its own or used in a stir fry. This is an estimate only, the real weight will be different but you will only be charged for the finished weight.
