Aged Rib On-The-Bone, 1.2kg+

Dry-aged, on the bone to remove moisture to give great results in the kitchen. Pan fry and finish it in the oven, allow to rest for as long as it was cooked to retain moisture and tenderness. The minimum size we can cut is around 1.2kg due to the bone spacing between ribs. We recommend 2kg+ to feed four with some leftovers. The list price is per 1.2kg so please add in multiples to suit the size of joint you require.
