Plum Fruit Cake Slice.

A soft and light fruit cake made by hand in small batches using top quality ingredients.

Ingredients: plain flour (wheat flour), prunes (partially rehydrated prunes, preservative: Potassium Sorbate) , raisins, sultanas, currants, black treacle, dark brown sugar, butter (milk), free range eggs, flaked almonds, mixed peel (orange peel, fructose-glucose syrup, lemon peel, glace cherries (cherry, glucose-fructose syrup, colour (anthocyanins), acidity regulator (citric acid), preservative (Sulphur Dioxide)), lemons-zest and juice, oranges-zest and juice, dark rum (water, rum, caramel), bicarbonate of soda, mixed spice, nutmeg, ground  cinnamon, salt.  Glaze: apricot jam (apricots, sugar, water, lemon juice), water. Decoration: flaked almonds, dried apricots (partially rehydrated dried apricots, preservative: Sulphur Dioxide), dried figs (partially rehydrated dried figs, preservative: Potassium sorbate) , glace cherries (cherry, glucose-fructose syrup, colour (anthocyanins), acidity regulator (citric acid), preservative (Sulphur Dioxide)).
