With summer just around the corner we have some more amazing produce from the team on the Isle of Wight. Padron Peppers so you can play the game of “are they hot or are they not?” Simply fry the peppers in olive oil until the skin is charred a little then sprinkle with Maldon sea salt and serve. Some peppers come with a slightly hot taste while others have a sweet burst of Meditteranean flavour. They make a lovely side dish alongside our seafood or lamb or as part of a range of tapas.
