This soft and unctuous Italian classic deserves a place on any cheese board. It’s great in dishes too paired with mushrooms, cauliflower, gnocchi, figs and artichokes.

Taleggio Valsassina is a protected (DOP) cheese from the Lombardy region. Although it’s been made since the tenth century, this particular cheese is just over 7 weeks old. It has a slightly sharp, strong flavour and very creamy texture.

Cow’s milk, vegetarian and pasteurised.
