British brie-style, from award-winning cheese makers Fen Farm Dairy. They use the heat from the cows to heat the milk by passing pipes under them while they rest.

This is a superb Brie with a soft, creamy taste and full flavour.

Made is Bungay in Suffolk it contains raw, cow’s milk and animal rennet.
