The famous Yorkshire Wensleydale cheese. Handcrafted by Hawes’ master cheese-makers to a time-honoured recipe using milk from local farms. Aged for up to 6 months producing a fuller, deeper, mature flavour with a superbly creamy, crumbly texture.
