A traditionally made Red Leicester, made on the farm at Sparkenhoe, this cheese has an authentic character to it with full flavours. Handmade from the milk produced by our own dairy cows who graze the lush Leicestershire pastures near Market Bosworth. Our cheese is made with love and care to a traditional recipe and mould ripened on beechwood shelves. A traditional Red Leicester cheese a true revival of a fabulous cheese, nutty, sweet with a citrus finish.
