A real staple for the colder months. This unpasteurised blue cow’s milk is made on the Welbeck Estate on the edge of Sherwood Forest. The name is the old word for Stilton. As this is the old way of making Stilton that makes perfect sense. Pair it with our Peter’s Yard crackers and a bottle of Port.
