Aarewasser, Rind Washed, Cow's Milk Swiss Cheese, 240g



The rind is washed to aid maturation which brings on a whole, tangy flavour and a bouncy texture—washed with water from the glacier river Aare in Switzerland. Perfect for melting in a toasted sandwich or over potatoes. It’s also great on a cheeseboard—unpasteurised cow’s milk.
