Refund and Returns Policy

We try our hardest to send goods out in the best condition but sometimes things go wrong. Please let us know via an email to info@source-food.co.uk within 24 hours of receiving the goods if you are not happy in any way. We request that you freeze the goods if they are fresh so we can come and collect them.

If the goods are pre-packaged we request that you keep them in the condition in which they were delivered and notify us so we can come and collect them. If you think you have been over or under charged please let us know within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Once we have had a chance to assess the situation we are happy to provide a refund if this the best course of action.
