We are mindful about our impact on the earth and believe our way of selling food is key to a truly sustainable way forward. To ensure your food is as fresh as possible and to avoid food waste, we only order the food we are selling.
For example: our fish arrives on the day we send your order out. In fact, it’s usually only with us for three hours – just enough time for us to scale, gut and fillet to your specification!
If there is any surplus at the end of the week, we take a box round to St Philip’s Marsh Nursery School so the children can have a healthy snack.
